The Health Care Team Challenge is an interprofessional student team event. Three teams of six students are provided the same case to work on, with the goal of developing a collaborative interprofessional patient/client-centered plan of management. After having a chance to discuss the case with their team members and faculty advisors, all three teams will meet on Saturday, November 28, 2009 in Botterell hall to present their plans to an audience of clinicians, academics, community members and students. The winning team will represent Queen’s University at the National Health Care Team Challenge during the NaHSSA Conference in March 12-14.
